By accessing or using the website giftwycustomex.cv and the photography services provided by Giftwycustomex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Giftwycustomex provides professional photography services including but not limited to:
- Event photography (weddings, birthdays, corporate events)
- ID and document photography
- Portrait and personal photo sessions
- Personal branding and corporate headshots
Specific details of each service are discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.
Booking and Payment
To book photography services:
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking date
- Full payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
- Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation
- We accept various payment methods as discussed during booking
- Payment must be received before final delivery of images
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled session receive a full refund minus administrative fees
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the session receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable
- One free rescheduling is permitted with at least 7 days notice
- Weather-related cancellations for outdoor shoots will be rescheduled at no additional charge
Copyright and Usage Rights
Regarding photographs and images:
- Giftwycustomex retains copyright to all photographs taken
- Clients receive a personal use license for commissioned photographs
- Commercial use of photographs requires additional licensing and fees
- We reserve the right to use photographs for portfolio and marketing purposes
- Clients may request that specific images not be used publicly
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of images is prohibited
Image Delivery and Retention
Regarding delivery and storage:
- Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe specified for each service
- Images are delivered digitally via download link or online gallery
- Physical prints and albums may be arranged for an additional fee
- We retain backup copies of images for 12 months after delivery
- After 12 months, we are not responsible for storing or retrieving images
- Clients are responsible for backing up their own copies of delivered images
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled photography sessions
- Obtain necessary permissions for photography at chosen locations
- Ensure all participants have consented to being photographed
- Provide accurate information about your photography needs
- Respect the photographer's creative process and professional judgment
- Not edit or alter photographs in a way that misrepresents the original work
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence in all our photography services:
- We are not liable for events beyond our control (equipment failure, illness, accidents)
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
- We carry professional liability insurance for added protection
- We cannot guarantee specific shots or outcomes but will work professionally to meet expectations

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
